A flat monthly fee that covers platform operation, infrastructure, security, and access to support. It stays the same regardless of how much or how little your assistant is used.

Every file you upload for your knowledge base, every chat conversation, every visitor interaction is stored securely. You are billed for what you actually store at a flat rate per gigabyte.

File Write Operations

Billed when files are written, listed, or changed in your storage.

Class A operations cover writes, lists, and changes to stored files. Most clients incur very few of these. They are billed per million operations at a low rate.

File Read Operations

Billed when files are read or checked from your storage.

Class B operations cover reads and checks of stored files. Your assistant reads knowledge base files frequently, but the rate per million operations is very low.
